HanCon Custom Homes are experienced home builders in North East Victoria, specialising in new home builds, renovations and extensions.

HanCon is a partnership between two lifelong best mates, Jordan Condon and Owen Hanssens. They grew up together in Yackandandah and shared many of the same passions, one of which was building and carpentry. 

It was during their school holidays that they first began developing on-the-job experience, working together for a local award-winning architect and builder, which gave them both the opportunity to work on some very unique projects Yackandandah, Beechworth, Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Myrtleford, Beechworth, Porepunkah, Bright – and towns in between. 

That passion for building continued to grow, and, around 20 years ago, they both completed carpentry apprenticeships.

Since then, they’ve built for many award-winning builders, completing projects from start to finish, and worked on everything from simple residential builds to complex architectural homes. This broad experience has taught them to be dynamic, to think outside the box, to find inventive ways to solve tricky problems, and to complete every job to the highest standard. 

Now in partnership with HanCon, they bring those 20 years of passion and experience to every job. 

Having grown up in North East Victoria, Jordan and Owen understand the unique intricacies of the region and specific council requirements.

They have a solid network of capable trades and suppliers, who help ensure builds are completed to a high standard. 

Owen and Jordan know that building or renovating is no small undertaking for a homeowner. 

Given how much time, money and energy goes into a build or renovation, HanCon believe that all customers deserve great communication, full transparency and a sense that they’re in a trustworthy partnership with a reliable team of professionals.
